• There is no membership fee - we welcome all to join for free.

• Low operational cost and high impact on local business community

• No permanent physical office - most of our affairs are conducted virtually, in shared spaces, or by utilizing spaces provided free of charge by other non-profit organizations. 

• The governing body of the Association is represented by the elected board of directors with a focus on transparency and accountability.

• No paid staff.  Our organization is supported by the efforts of volunteers.

• Frequent financial reports.  We plan to issue quarterly reports of our activities.

• The revenue collected from sponsorship and advertisement will be allocated:

• • To fund two monthly networking events.​

  • To cover modest operational expenses -website, promotional costs.

  • To cover accounting fees to file financial reports, membership invoicing and processing, filing with the IRS.
